We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Insights & GPT Platform Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our Glean platform and associated AI/insights tools. This role will ensure data integrity, oversee platform performance, and enable business teams to leverage AI-driven insights effectively Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Glean enterprise insights and GPT platform, including access management, integrations, and system updates. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure data quality and usability for reporting and AI-driven insights. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to maximize adoption and efficiency. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for end users. Support initiatives to leverage AI tools for advanced analytics, automation, and business decision-making. Education Minimum Required: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar Skills Required Experience with enterprise AI platforms, GPT integrations, or data analytics tools. Strong technical skills in data management, platform administration, and user support. Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Experience with process optimization and adoption of AI-driven tools is a plus.
