Fluidra Technologies Private Limited

Pune Full-Time 4–8 yrs exp Posted 5 hours ago  · Apply by Sep 14, 2026

Purpose of the Role

Fluidra's Enterprise Architecture function ensures alignment between business and IT strategy, taking a global, enterprise-wide perspective across business processes, information, applications and technology. The Enterprise Architect ensures enterprise goals are addressed holistically across all IT and Transformation Office projects, from design through deployment into production.

Working within the EA Organization under the Enterprise Architecture Lead, the Enterprise Architect defines target architectures for portfolio initiatives, guides project and solution teams, and safeguards architectural integrity across the five EASC domains: Process & Applications, Data, Security, Integration and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target architecture design: Define the target Enterprise Architecture for portfolio initiatives across the five EASC domains — business process and application, data model, security, integration and infrastructure — working with Domain Architects and Tech Vertical (Solution) Architects.
  • Project governance: Lead the initial EASC assessment as the mandatory architecture contact at the PPM G2 (Readiness) gate, drive the solution through to EASC sign-off at G3 (Execution Start), and re-assess at G5 (Go-Live/Hypercare) where structural changes occur.
  • Architecture deliverables: Produce architecture assessments, executive summaries and diagrams covering application, data, integration and infrastructure views.
  • Repository management: Create and maintain architecture objects in LeanIX (Initiatives, Applications, IT Components, Interfaces, Business Contexts, Organizations, Platforms, Providers) in line with the EASC lifecycle and ownership model.
  • Committee participation: Act as a permanent EASC representative — prepare and present proposals at the biweekly committee meeting, evaluate initiatives against the EA principles, and contribute to draft and final assessments within the planning cycle.
  • Principle-based assessment: Apply Fluidra's eight EA principles as the standing evaluation lens, with explicit attention to business value, buy/rent-vs-build, technical debt, simplicity and modularity, and the SaaS → PaaS → IaaS deployment hierarchy (AWS as IaaS provider).
  • Stakeholder engagement: Partner with the IT Leadership Team, project/delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure architecture decisions are understood, adopted and traceable.
  • Gap identification: Identify enterprise technology capability gaps, propose solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of EASC process and documentation.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect across multiple architecture domains: business process and application, data, security, integration and infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of an EA framework (TOGAF or equivalent); ability to operate within a tailored, in-house methodology rather than a textbook standard.
  • Hands-on experience with an EA repository tool — LeanIX strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of cloud strategy and the SaaS → PaaS → IaaS hierarchy, with practical exposure to AWS.
  • Familiarity with enterprise application landscapes spanning ERP, integration and CRM ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to produce clear architecture diagrams and concise, executive-level assessments.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident communicating with C-suite, IT leadership and delivery teams across geographies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP (S/4HANA, BTP) and Salesforce landscapes.
  • Exposure to API-first, event-enabled and integration-centric architecture patterns.
  • Awareness of data governance, master data and single-source-of-truth principles.
  • TOGAF certification or equivalent EA credential.
  • Experience operating within a stage-gated PPM governance model.

Location & Working Model

Based in Pune, India, as part of Fluidra's global Enterprise Architecture and IT team. The role requires collaboration across time zones with EASC leadership and colleagues in Europe and Americas, including availability for the biweekly EASC meeting held Tuesday afternoons (CEST).
