Job Title: Enterprise Architect - Managed Services Platforms Specialist Company: NCSi Job Description: As an Enterprise Architect - Managed Services Platforms Specialist at NCSi, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable managed services platforms that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions. Your role will involve evaluating existing architecture and recommending enhancements to support efficient service delivery and operational excellence. You will also play a critical role in the strategic planning of technology investments and drive innovation within managed services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture strategy for managed services platforms. - Assess current technology landscape and identify opportunities for improvement and integration. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture requirements that align with business objectives. - Provide technical leadership and guidance during the development and implementation of solutions. - Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices. - Create architecture documentation, including models, diagrams, and specifications. - Facilitate architecture review sessions and ensure adherence to architectural governance. - Support technical teams in troubleshooting and resolving architectural issues. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). - Proficiency in managed services platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture, including microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks. - Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform). - Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (ISO, NIST). - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. - Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud technologies would be a plus.
