What You'll Be Doing…
As a network engineer, your primary responsibility will be to act as a proactive scout for the network, reviewing NMC tickets, alarming data, and existing automations to spot trends and identify new opportunities for innovation.
You possess an "automation mindset"—the innate ability to look at a manual process and visualize an automated solution. You are a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys exploring various systems to find meaningful trends within large datasets. You thrive in a role that requires both independent investigation and collaborative synchronization with a global team.

What You'll Be Doing…

You’ll Need To Have
- A Bachelor’s degree with one or more years of work experience. A Bachelor’s degree with one or more years of work experience.

- Proven experience with data analysis, specifically the ability to identify trends within complex datasets. Proven experience with data analysis, specifically the ability to identify trends within complex datasets.
- Experience or the ability to quickly gain proficiency in ticketing and notification systems such as vRepair, Remedy, UTP, and Echo. Experience or the ability to quickly gain proficiency in ticketing and notification systems such as vRepair, Remedy, UTP, and Echo.
