Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for English faculty based in Thrissur. The English faculty will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in reading comprehension, verbal ability, etc.; creating lesson plans tailored to the curriculum; and preparing students for competitive exams and academic success. Responsibilities include fostering a positive learning environment, evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support individual development. The role will also involve collaborating with colleagues and contributing to educational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching and a strong command of the English language
• Experience in Lesson Planning and developing structured educational content
• Skills in Teaching and Education to effectively facilitate learning
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students and colleagues
• Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve their academic goals
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in teaching competitive exam curricula is an advantage
