Job Description
- Report evaluation before publication- Daily-Weekly-Monthly
- Evaluation of Site Level- Micro Schedule
- Preparing Level 3 Project Schedules with (Base-Line Plan)
- Modify the Project Schedule to impart required changes
- Preparation of a material procurement plan-based projection taken on the Project Schedule
- Preparation and submission of quarterly projections (cost) for all ongoing projects
- Coordinate to prepare Gudesk, Cash-flow and Estimation for projects
- Act as a coordinator between H.O. and Site
- Should have experience in the Planning section of construction/residential projects in handling all phases from piling to finishing.
- Working experience in a Construction/Contractor firm is preferred.
- Excellent grasp of MSP (Microsoft Projects), AutoCAD, Excel, and Primavera(Primavera is optional).
- NICMAR certification is an added advantage.
