Job Description
KRAs
Must-Have Skills:
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly work schedule
- Material & Machinery procurement planning
- Handling projects, managing contractors, attending meetings & discussing drawing projects details with team members, clients & contractors
- Resource allocation activity-wise/project-wise
- Conducting weekly project review meeting with the sub contractors, engineers & reporting the same to PM
- Identification, micro-schedule preparation & tracking of critical activities
- ERP Knowledge
- Knowledge or working experience or idea in MS-Project/Primavera
- Minimum 2 years experience in real estate/building construction. Preference would be given if worked in the Aluform building.
Must-Have Skills:
- Should have experience in the hard-core planning section of construction/residential projects
- Hands-on exposure in Excel, AutoCAD, MSP
