What You'll D

o:Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering positions across Manufacturing, Aerospace, Electrical, and Mechanical industrie

s.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media platform

s.Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and workforce need

s.Screen, assess, and interview engineering professionals based on technical and functional competencie

s.Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through offer closure and onboardin

g.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering talent for current and future hiring requirement

s.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experienc

e.Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and market insights within engineering domain
