Job Summary:
The DAM Gateway development Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the team responsible for the platform and the application level. As such you will lead development of the platform configuration and control layers of Imperva’s end-products - primarily relating to the Linux Operating System and virtualization infrastructure such as VMWare, AWS, Azure and more. Alongside the platform the team will own product domains and will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining existing modules of the product. Most of the development is done in C++, Python and bash, incorporating new technologies from the DevOps world.

Job Knowledge, Skill and Qualifications:
- BE, M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Linux systems.
- 3+ years’ experience in leading a team/project.
- Vast knowledge in DevOps
- Deep knowledge of Python and Bash scripts
- Familiarity with development processes
- A team player with excellent collaboration, communication skills to collaborate with product, engineering, security and leadership stakeholders
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline - Deep knowledge on GIT, Jenkins
- AI-assisted - Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered tools for SDLC
- Experience with Clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Kubernetes and Micro-service
