Role Definition

Key Responsibilities
Engineering & PMO Leadership
- Lead a globally distributed engineering and PMO organization, ensuring alignment across regions, time zones, and cultures.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, governance models, and execution standards to enable predictable, high‑quality delivery at scale.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and outcomes.
- Drive end‑to‑end process optimization across engineering, program management, and delivery lifecycles.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks; implement lean, agile, and data‑driven improvements to enhance speed, quality, and cost effectiveness.
- Standardize best practices, metrics, and performance management frameworks across geographies.
- Champion the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve engineering productivity, decision‑making, and operational efficiency.
- Enable intelligent automation across planning, execution, reporting, quality, and risk management processes.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation by leveraging emerging technologies to solve complex business and engineering problems.
- Ensure engineering solutions and programs meet quality, compliance, and performance expectations from concept through full lifecycle.
- Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and cross‑functional constraints across large, complex initiatives.
- Build, develop, and retain high‑performing engineering and PMO leaders across multiple geographies.
- Create strong coaching, mentoring, and succession planning mechanisms
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture that values continuous learning, accountability, and outcomes.
