Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance

Job Description:

1. Take care of Day to Day Machine maintenance
2. Planning and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance for all machines
3. Planning and Implementation of Predictive Maintenance of critical machines
4. Spare parts planning
5. Continual Improvement to Improve machine uptime
6. Continuous to work to improve MTBF and MTTR
7. Time based Maintenance
8. Condition based Maintenance
9. Design and Implementation Hydraulic and Pneumatic Circuit
10. Backlash and Position Accuracy correction in CNC machines
11. Projects planning and Implementation
12. ISO & TS16949 Documentation
13. TPM Basics
14. Kaizens and Quality Circle Knowledge and Implementation.
15. Paint shop Maintenance
16. Knowledge in Ultrasonic washing machine

Must have:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
2. 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in Maintenance and Projects
3. MS office Knowledge
4. Must have Hydraulics and Pneumatic Knowledge.
5. Ability to manage Team

Good to Have:

1. Good communication skills
2. Hands on experience in MS office
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus and precision
