- Take care of Day to Day Machine maintenance
- Planning and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance for all machines
- Planning and Implementation of Predictive Maintenance of critical machines
- Spare parts planning
- Continual Improvement to Improve machine uptime
- Continuous to work to improve MTBF and MTTR
- Time based Maintenance
- Condition based Maintenance
- Design and Implementation Hydraulic and Pneumatic Circuit
- Backlash and Position Accuracy correction in CNC machines
- Projects planning and Implementation
- ISO & TS16949 Documentation
- TPM Basics
- Kaizens and Quality Circle Knowledge and Implementation.
- Paint shop Maintenance
- Knowledge in Ultrasonic washing machine
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
- 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in Maintenance and Projects
- MS office Knowledge
- Must have Hydraulics and Pneumatic Knowledge.
- Ability to manage Team
Good to Have:
- Good communication skills
- Hands on experience in MS office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus and precision
