Job Title Sr. Engineer AMT spare sales Location Delhi About Us Everest is the leading manufacturers and supplier of Blowers, Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps, Mechanical Vacuum Boosters, Mechanical Vapour Re-compressor, Water Ring Vacuum Systems, Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps & High Vacuum Pumping Systems etc. Job Summary Sr. Engineer ? Delhi Region is responsible for developing and executing the regional Spare parts sales strategy, managing key customer accounts, and leading the technical-commercial sales process. The role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities Achieve regional Spare parts sales targets for the Delhi NCR and North India territory Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers Manage and support the regional Dealers. Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct technical presentations, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations Collaborate with the Execution and engineering teams for solution development Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to support business development Basic Qualifications Diploma / Bachelor?s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation preferred) Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical service or After sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English (Hindi and other regional languages are a plus) Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Based in Delhi NCR 50?60% travel within the North India region Key Competencies Regional market understanding Strategic account management Strong technical acumen Target-driven approach What We Offer We are all owners of the company Stock options (Employee Ownership Program) that align your interest with the company?s success Yearly performance-based bonus, rewarding your hard work and dedication.
