Qualification required - B.E.MECH / B.TECH, Auto Cad

Experience required in Quality for 05+ years in Fabrication , infrastructure industries or in Heavy Fabrication Industry .

Job Description for Quality Engineer

Plan, monitor achieve monthly Production target
Achieve monthly Dispatch (Sale) Target
Monitor consumable consumption to control the cost.
Develop and implement schedules so that production targets objectives are met
Ensure timely completion of production targets as per schedule
Monitor the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
Handle department with focus on optimum utilization of manpower and material.
Capable to manage 20 to 50+ headcounts of Fitters Welders.
Should have knowledge of interpreting drawing / design documents.
Handle section operations with focus on optimum utilization of manpower and material.
Monitor maintain all quality norms.
Implement and enforce quality control standards to meet quality objectives.
Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
Plan and implement continuous approach to maintain low rejection level.
Achieve timely dispatch of orders as per the weekly / monthly plan and provide Zero Complaint services to all customers.
