Execute project configuration work for hardware controls design as per Master reference and Global regulatory and ACG Company standards in-order to achieve on time delivery in full for production machines.

• Primary responsibilities
  
  
  

Functional

Core

• Responsible for configuration or generation of EPAN Hardware project. incl. part list export from EPLAN incl. Teamcenter/ERP part number generation.
• Supporting AE team to Generate Sales Order BOM from EPLAN to Teamcenter or ERP.
• Handing out EPLAN on Yellow pages for panel fabrication and machine installation including ITR.
• After panel fabrication and machine integration, collect and save Yellow EPLAN pages according to the ITR and then perform the update and release process for customer project hardware schematic V1.00 or higher.
• Support Lead Design & Integration at the units for creating content for IIOT tag list from EPLAN in order to release process for IIOT Tag list
• Supporting Hardware lead in verification of process inputs for the Automation department in order to deliver URS deviation list and Change control process.
• Supporting Retrofit and spare part business for hardware and software (Machine life

Minimum Requirement/Desired

Level of Education Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation

BE- Electrical, E & TC, Instrumentation

Experience

 6 to 8 years of experience in hardware design Hands on experience in Panel design with EPLAN software

 Electrical Hardware component and instrument selection for Schematic design

 Work Experience in design and development of control systems

• 4 to 6 years of experience in hardware design
