Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead all aspects of reliability maintenance, including plant maintenance, CBM, TBM, PM, and spare part management.
- Implement and maintain 5s, ISO, and TS16949 standards within the engineering services department.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and WCM guidelines and regulations.
- Manage and coordinate engineering projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Experience in coating line, printing technology, utility such as compressors,AHU,Chillers,etc.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in engineering services with a focus on reliability maintenance.
- Proficiency in 5s, ISO, and TS16949 standards.
- Strong understanding of EHS and WCM principles.
- Proven track record of managing engineering projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
