- Develop regression impact analysis for customer reported use cases or bugs.
- Designs high-level and low-level architecture for functional requirements, turning them into marketable features or use cases.
- Develops software for database functionality, GUI-based applications, or web-based supporting tools.
- Demonstrates strong command of the primary product's technology.
- Adheres to best coding practices and software control systems.
- Exhibits expertise in one or more modules of the product.
- Maintains a solid understanding of core modules of secondary products.
- Communicates assertively with customers and the regional team.

Skills And Abilities
Technical Abilities
- Proficiency in writing, debugging, and maintaining COBOL code.
- Familiar with ISAM based file management system.
- Proficiency in handling and manipulating flat files, and importing CSV data into database.
- Knowledge of integrating COBOL programs with other systems and applications.
- Preferred to have tool hands-on experience in WinSCP/Putty/Emulator Glink/FileZilla.
- Nice to have experience in Unix/Linux operating system.
- Experience in batch job scheduling and execution.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Familiarity with unit testing to control the quality.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience working in ERP domain, specifically Warehouse/Stock/Inventory Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills to debug and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to perform impact analysis for changes in software or database structure.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficient in conducting data analysis and creating comprehensive reports.
- Good in communication, and experience in working with Global team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Adaptability to learn and implement new technologies and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
