Assistance Diagnostics and Documentation is a technical activity responsible to provide Quick temporary/permanent solution to networks (Techliner and Cotech) by attending CIRs in ACTIS tool by referering technical documents in Renault aftersales portals. Co-ordinate for plant programming, master key coding, accessing Renault servers through remote sessions. To work with different entity to get right solution for problems. It is critical activity as deliverables are linked directly to end customer in aftersales which are off road.
