Job Summary Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Analyzes, tests and assists with the integration of new applications. Documents all development activity. Assists with training non-technical personnel. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Job Description Core Responsibilities Platform Implementation & Strategy Lead end-to-end implementation of AEP and RTCDP solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies and use cases. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using AEP components. Data Engineering & Modeling Design and manage Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas. Configure and maintain datasets, sources, and identity graphs. Ensure high-quality data ingestion and transformation pipelines. Customer Profile & Segmentation Build and optimize Real-Time Customer Profiles. Configure identity resolution rules and namespace mappings. Create and manage audience segments for activation across channels. Activation & Integration Integrate AEP with downstream systems (Adobe Target, Analytics, Journey Optimizer, etc.). Enable real-time personalization and decisioning. Work with APIs and connectors for seamless data flow. Governance & Optimization Monitor platform performance and data quality. Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards. Continuously optimize workflows and segmentation logic. Employees At All Levels Are Expected To 5?8 years of experience in digital marketing, data engineering, or customer data platforms. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and RTCDP. Strong understanding of XDM schemas, identity resolution, and audience segmentation. Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and REST APIs. Experience with Adobe Web/Mobile SDKs and event-driven data layers. Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and Journey Optimizer is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
