Job Summary Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customer data workflows and real-time personalization strategies using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP). This includes data integration, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and activation across marketing channels. Job Description Core Responsibilities Data Integration & Management Design and configure schemas using Adobe?s Experience Data Model (XDM). Ingest and transform data from various sources into AEP. Create and manage datasets, ensuring alignment with business needs. Apply data quality rules and validate data integrity. Real-Time CDP Configuration Build and maintain Real-Time Customer Profiles. Configure identity namespaces and graphs for cross-channel personalization. Enable audience segmentation and activation for real-time use cases. AEP Administration Manage user roles, permissions, and sandbox environments. Monitor system health and ensure compliance with data governance policies. Data Activation & Personalization Integrate RTCDP with downstream systems (e.g., marketing platforms, analytics tools). Enable real-time decisioning and omni-channel personalization. Configure source connectors for data ingestion from external systems. Testing & Validation Create and maintain test profiles to validate journeys and messages. Conduct QA on data flows and personalization logic. Employees At All Levels Are Expected To 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEP and RTCDP. Strong knowledge of data modeling, ingestion, and transformation. Experience with identity resolution and audience segmentation. Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and streaming data ingestion tools. communities.
