Roles and Responsibilities:

Laptop or Desktop or IT procurement, involves the sourcing, purchasing, and managing of hardware for an organization. Here are some responsibilities of a desktop procurement professional:

• Identify requirements: Understand the requirements for a purchase, such as those issued by the design department
• Negotiate: Discuss prices and quality with vendors to find the best deal for the company
• Evaluate suppliers: Research, compare, and evaluate potential suppliers
• Create contracts: Negotiate and evaluate vendor contracts
• Track inventory: Track inventory and submit purchase orders
• Recommend products: Recommend new products, services, or materials that align with industry trends
• Create supplier relationships: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Identify cost savings: Identify ways to save costs
• Identify risks: Identify potential risks
  
  

Experience Required- 1 to3 yrs of experience in Ariba , laptop configuration, PUS, IT equipments.
