Actively contribute to the HR strategy of the organization and formulate an employee engagement strategy aligned with it.
Establish a comprehensive employee engagement framework that considers all aspects and provides quantifiable and real-time insights on engagement levels.
Implement the employee engagement strategy through various interventions including events, one-on-one discussions, leadership interactions, and so on.
Draw up the event calendar for the year in alignment with the strategy
Plan and organize events including company outings, team building, occasion-based events, and so on.
Establish effective communication channels to connect with onsite employees and gather feedback.
Develop and implement recognition and reward programs to acknowledge outstanding contributions.
Own the employee query resolution process and collaborate with all stakeholders for the same.
The performance of the role-holder will be evaluated on employee engagement scores, employee participation in company events, resolution of employee grievances on time, and contribution to HR strategy.
Preferred experience range: 2 - 4 years
Location: Cochin
