Emergency Veterinarian

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Emergency Veterinarian role located in Delhi at Dairy Dictionary’s pet hospital. The Emergency Veterinarian will provide immediate medical attention to pets during night shifts, diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions, perform emergency procedures, and communicate effectively with pet owners to guide them during stressful situations. The role also involves working closely with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure top-quality care for animals.

Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and medical skills, with experience in emergency pet care and surgical procedures
• Effective communication and empathy for engaging with pet owners during high-pressure situations
• Team collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate with veterinary staff for advanced care
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating medical records accurately
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to dynamic situations
• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid veterinary license for practicing in Delhi
• Experience in emergency or critical care is highly desirable
