EMEA Field Service Engineer

Founded in Silicon Valley in 2014, Intalight develops advanced ophthalmic solutions combining proprietary optical systems and AI-driven software to support physicians and improve patient care worldwide. To support our growth, we are looking for an EMEA Field Service Engineer. In this role, you will troubleshoot system and network issues, provide technical support, and deliver effective solutions to customers.

You will represent Intalight at customer sites and trade events, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining company equipment and collaborating closely with sales and technical teams. RESPONSABILITIES

• Install, maintain, and service Intalight products
• Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site
• Support customers and ensure regulatory compliance
• Complete service reports, travel, and expense documentation
• Assist the team and identify improvement or sales opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in Field Service or Technical Support
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Knowledge of optics and advanced technical training capability
• Willing to travel up to 75% (Europe, Middle-East & Africa)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform on site service work
