Open positions - 4 Nos Location: Mumbai Notice Period: Immediate Joiners . Purpose of Position ? This position will be responsible for developing GUI, web and other software on a leading embedded platform involved in the fuel management industry II. Key Responsibilities ? Design, develop and test embedded software, GUI and Web pages ? Contribute to software architecture in conjunction with architecture team ? Participate in an Agile/Scrum team and provide analysis ? Participate in process improvement activities towards releasing the highest quality, world class software on time ? Other duties as assigned by Manager, with or without accommodation. III. Relationships ? This position reports directly to the Manager of Software Engineering ? Daily interaction with members of the software development team. ? Daily interaction with members of the remote software development team. ? Daily interaction with members of the software quality assurance team. ? Daily interaction with project management and other related departments IV. Measures of Performance ? Project on-time performance ? Ability to take on tasks of increasing complexity and ambiguity ? Success in meeting company objectives. ? Success in meeting software improvement goals. V. Background and Skill ? B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Eng, Computer Eng or equivalent experience required ? Experiences in software development in object-oriented language ? Embedded systems experiences ? Linux Embedded operating systems and Linux based development tools ? Able to troubleshoot and problem solve in an embedded environment ? Experience in the programming language C++ ? Experience in the programming language Python a plus. ? Experience with Agile/Scrum software methodologies. ? Experience with source control ? Experience in secure product development a plus.
