We’re Hiring: Embedded Firmware Engineer (C / RTOS / STM32 / Industrial Systems)

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days Work From Office)

CTC: Up to ₹24 LPA

Experience: 3+ Years

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and hands-on Embedded Firmware Engineers to work on next-generation industrial automation and motion control systems including servo drives, inverters, and EV systems.

If you enjoy working close to hardware, solving real-time challenges, and building robust firmware from the ground up — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop embedded firmware in C for ARM/STM32 microcontrollers
• Work with RTOS (FreeRTOS) or bare-metal systems
• Design and implement device drivers (ADC, PWM, SPI, I2C, CAN, UART)
• Build and optimize industrial communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, EtherCAT)
• Work on motor control / power electronics / control systems (preferred)
• Debug using JTAG / SWD / GDB / oscilloscopes / logic analyzers
• Contribute to secure firmware development (Secure Boot, firmware updates, encryption basics)
• Collaborate with hardware teams for integration & performance optimization

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Embedded C programming
• Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS or similar) OR bare-metal
• Hands-on experience with MCU peripherals & drivers
• Debugging experience using JTAG / SWD / GDB / trace tools
• Solid understanding of interrupts, concurrency, and timing
• Experience with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN)

Good to Have

• Embedded security (Secure Boot / cryptography / firmware updates)
• Industrial automation / motor control / power electronics
• Experience with FOTA / bootloaders / memory management
• Knowledge of IEC 62443 or cybersecurity practices
