Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing email campaigns that support lead generation, product promotion, and customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include building segmented email lists, drafting and designing email templates, setting up automated workflows, and managing campaign calendars. The Email Marketing Specialist will monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns using marketing analytics and email marketing software. Collaboration with marketing, design, and sales teams is expected to align email content with overall brand messaging and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation to design, schedule, and optimize campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Candidates should possess Communication and Lead Generation skills to create clear messaging and convert subscribers into qualified leads.
• Experience with CRM tools, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or email marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS-focused company, is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
