About the Role Role : E-Mail Marketing Executive Experince Required : 6months-2 years CTC : 3-4LPA Location : Gurugram You?ll be an individual contributor tasked with building and scaling multichannel lead-generation programs across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Affiliate, and Influencer channels. Your work will directly fuel Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and revenue across key markets (India, US, UK, Canada, Singapore, UAE, Australia). Roles & Responsibilities ? Email, SMS & WhatsApp Strategy & Execution ? Design end-to-end lifecycle campaigns (acquisition, nurture, re-engagement) across email, SMS and WhatsApp. ? Build segmentation, personalization and automation flows using CleverTap and Zoho (for email) and SMS/WhatsApp campaign tools. ? A/B test subject lines, message copy, send-times and CTAs to optimize open rates, click-through rates and conversions. ? Monitor deliverability and inbox/SMS delivery metrics; partner with IT/Dev to maintain sender health and compliance. ? Cross-Functional Collaboration ? Work closely with Content, Design, Product and Growth teams to align campaign messaging and offers. ? Liaise with Sales to ensure smooth lead hand-off and feedback loop on lead quality. ? Partner with Finance/Legal/Compliance on affiliate contracts and email opt-in policies. What we are looking for? ? 6months ? 4 years hands-on experience in email marketing and affiliate marketing. ? Deep familiarity with CleverTap and Zoho (campaign setup, automation, analytics). ? Proven track record managing affiliate programs on Rakuten, Commission Junction (CJ), and other major networks. ? Strong analytical skills; comfortable with CRM & Power BI tools to pull performance insights. ? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email copy and partner collateral. ? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
