Beverage Trade Network (BTN) is a global B2B media, events, and data company serving the wine, spirits, beer, and beverage industry. Through our international competitions, trade shows, conferences, buyer platforms, media publications, and data products, we help beverage brands grow their business across global markets.
Our portfolio includes the London Wine Competition, London Spirits Competition, London Beer Competition, Sommeliers Choice Awards, Bartender Spirits Awards, USA Ratings, International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show (IBWSS), Sommelier Business, Bartender Business, Drinks Merchants, The On Trade, and several other industry-leading brands.
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Vadodara. This role is responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that generate competition entries, event registrations, customer engagement, and revenue across our global portfolio.
- Plan and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns across multiple international brands.
- Increase registrations, competition entries, subscriptions, and customer engagement through strategic email marketing.
- Build and optimize customer journeys using segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Improve campaign performance through continuous testing and data-driven optimization.
- Maintain excellent email list hygiene and deliverability.
- Work closely with the design, content, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns.
- Plan, build, schedule, and execute email campaigns from concept through delivery.
- Create engaging email content with compelling subject lines, copy, calls-to-action, and layouts.
- Segment customer databases based on geography, industry, previous purchases, engagement, and customer lifecycle.
- Develop automated email workflows for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, reminders, abandoned registrations, retention, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, send times, and calls-to-action.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, including:
- Open Rates
- Click-Through Rates (CTR)
- Conversion Rates
- Email Deliverability
- Bounce Rates
- Unsubscribe Rates
- Revenue Generated
- Maintain accurate customer lists and database hygiene.
- Coordinate campaign calendars across multiple events, competitions, publications, and product launches.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and marketing automation.
- Experience with audience segmentation and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic email template editing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a B2B marketing environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Experience with AI tools to improve marketing productivity and campaign creation.
- Email marketing certifications are a plus.
Performance in this role will be measured by:

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
