Email Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time remote role for an Email Marketing Specialist. The Email Marketing Specialist will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new ones. Responsibilities will include developing and managing email marketing strategies, creating newsletters, analyzing campaign performance, executing lead-generation initiatives, and leveraging email marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation
• Experience in Marketing Analytics to interpret data and improve campaign performance
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Customer Engagement strategies
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with current email marketing trends and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing or remote work is a plus
