Now, we?re expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales & Lead Generation Specialist who can help us generate qualified leads and book high-value meetings with decision-makers in India, USA, and UK markets. ? Role & Responsibilities Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, cold calling, and other prospecting tools . Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients for our strategy team. Understand client needs and pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, etc.) . Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details, follow-ups, and status. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for leads, meetings booked, and revenue contribution . Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. ? Desired Skills & Qualifications 1?4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (Digital Marketing / IT Services background preferred). Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM & lead gen tools . Excellent communication and persuasion skills (written & verbal). Ability to generate leads from US/UK/India markets . Strong target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team. ?
