Location : India (Remote) Work Timings: 10am - 7pm IST or 1pm - 10pm IST depending on the role Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted About The Role As an Email Developer (Klaviyo)s Expertise at Optimite, you?ll go beyond static templates and build advanced, dynamic, and automated email experiences that drive measurable impact. You?ll own Klaviyo flows, personalization logic, and integrations with eCommerce platforms - while ensuring every campaign is fully tested, optimized, and delivered error-free. You?ll also play a key role in innovation - experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and automation to improve efficiency. Alongside development, you?ll mentor junior developers, support account managers with data and API queries, and contribute to our internal design and code systems. What You?ll Do Advanced Klaviyo & Automation Architect advanced multi-branch flows for lifecycle marketing. Build and optimize personalization at scale across campaigns. Integrate external tools, platforms, and APIs (Shopify, loyalty apps, etc.). Monitor and optimize Klaviyo performance metrics (CTR, deliverability, conversions). QA & Optimization Lead advanced testing using Litmus and other QA tools. Debug API, data feed, and rendering issues across clients. Conduct root cause analysis after errors and maintain logs. Ensure builds go live with minimal revisions or fixes. Innovation & Tools Research and pilot new tools, frameworks, and automation solutions. Share practical AI and automation use-cases with the team. Build small internal automation scripts to streamline workflows. Contribute to design system and reusable code improvements. Mentorship Mentor and guide junior developers with regular check-ins. Run periodic training sessions on best practices and advanced Klaviyo usage. Provide peer reviews for development builds before final delivery. Support account managers with API, data integration, or technical queries. Must-Have Skills 4+ years of experience in email development with Klaviyo or similar ESPs. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive email frameworks. Experience with advanced Klaviyo flows, personalization, and API integrations. Proficiency in QA tools (Litmus, Email on Acid) and debugging methods. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability. Good-to-Have Skills Experience building internal automation tools or scripts (JS, Python). Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Knowledge of analytics/reporting in Klaviyo or Google Analytics. Contributions to design systems or internal dev libraries. Prior mentorship or training enablement experience. What Success Looks Like Advanced Klaviyo flows and campaigns run seamlessly with minimal errors. Client campaigns are fully tested, optimized, and delivered on time. Internal tools, scripts, or process improvements save measurable time. Junior developers are supported and mentored to deliver at high standards. AMs and clients see you as the go-to expert for all technical queries.
