Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
Elixir Developer
to join our backend engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
functional programming
,
scalable backend development
, and
real-time system design
using
Elixir/Phoenix
.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend systems using
Elixir
and
Phoenix Framework
.
Build scalable and reliable APIs and microservices.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with
Elixir
and
Phoenix
.
Deep understanding of
OTP
,
GenServer
, and
concurrency models
.
Experience with
PostgreSQL
,
Redis
, or similar databases.
Knowledge of
RESTful APIs
,
GraphQL
, and
microservices architecture
.
Familiarity with
Docker
,
CI/CD pipelines
, and
cloud environments
(AWS, GCP, etc.).
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
