Backend Engineering Role We are looking for a skilled Elixir Developer to build scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems using OTP, Phoenix, and Ecto. Joining: Immediate joiners preferred (Maximum 2 weeks notice) ?? Experience Expected: 5+ years total (with 3+ years Elixir OR 5+ years backend + 1?2 years Elixir) ?? Role Overview You will design APIs, build resilient backend components, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions. ? What We?re Looking For 3+ years Elixir experience (or 5+ years backend with 1?2 years Elixir) Strong expertise in OTP, Phoenix, Ecto, PostgreSQL Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, Git, containerization Understanding of distributed systems & concurrency Excellent communication skills and strong ownership mindset ? Nice-to-Have Experience with LiveView, Oban, Redis, Kafka/NATS Familiarity with Telemetry, Prometheus, Grafana Open-source contributions ??
