Role Description

The Electrical PPC Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating electrical production activities for control panels and related assemblies. Daily tasks include preparing production plans, monitoring material availability, tracking work orders, and aligning manufacturing timelines with project requirements. The Electrical PPC Engineer collaborates with design, procurement, and production teams to resolve technical issues, optimize resource utilization, and ensure on-time delivery. The role also involves maintaining documentation, supporting quality checks, and contributing to continuous improvement in production processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years experience in production planning and control in an electrical panel manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
