Power Supply & Electrical Maintenance

  • Ensure continuous power supply to HO & CMD’s Bungalow during govt. power failures via existing gen-sets / UPS.
  • Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of DG sets, electrical panels, transformers, and allied equipment.
  • Maintain service logs, inspection checklists, and compliance records.
  • Monitor electrical load distribution and safety standards.

HVAC & Energy Efficiency

  • Oversee maintenance of air-conditioning systems to ensure consistent thermal comfort for employees.
  • Track AC breakdown records and response timelines.
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities and implement efficiency measures.
  • Coordinate AMC vendors and technicians.


Government Liaison & Infrastructure Approvals

  • Liaise with Electricity Department and other government authorities for approval, clearances, and dispute resolutions.
  • Follow up on pending electrical bills, waivers, or compliance matters.
  • Maintain approval trackers and documentation for audits and reviews.

Asset Support & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support readiness of company properties/flats from an electrical compliance and infrastructure standpoint.
  • Assist sales or property teams with technical clarifications, site readiness, and electrical documentation where required.
  • Ensure statutory electrical compliance certificates are updated.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • 4-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, facilities management, or infrastructure support.
  • Experience in commercial buildings, residential complexes, or institutional facilities preferred.
  • Electrical Supervisor license for 440V / 11KV /33KV
