Job Description

Prime Responsibilities

Assist E&l manager in Proposal & estimation, project management, task force pertaining to E&l

Assist Lead engineer to prepare costing strategy, prepare proposal deliverables, review of proposal engineering deliverables, review of bulk material quantities & propose optimization strategies, check package scope definitions, obtain offers, prepare cost sheets, Techno-commercial analysis of offers
Assist Lead engineer to prepare procurement strategy, monitoring & expediting engineering, check engineering deliverables, procurement coordination & technical close out with suppliers, vendor expediting for on time delivery.
Assist Lead engineer to prepare manufacturing progress report and participate in inspection, arrange final documentation. Close out with suppliers.
Assist E&l manager for proposal closure and EPC schedule preparation.
Assist Lead engineer for interaction with customer.

Key competencies- Functional

Need to have

Understand SLD, Wiring Schemes of Switchboards and Layouts

Awareness of technical specification & testing of Electrical items
Familiarity with deliverables such as design calculations, system study reports,

Specs,Data sheets, MR, PR,Bid analysis.

Knowledge of electrical physical layouts,Electrical equipment and design.
Knowledge of International and National Industry standards and codes like IEC, API,NEC,NEMA,IER,IS,OISD etc
Understand SLD, Wiring Schemes of Switchboards and Layouts
Sound knowledge of EPC practices, codes and standards.
Hands on experience of discipline softwares like ETAP etc.
