Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Aluva. The Electrical Engineer will design and review electrical systems and layouts for commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Responsibilities include preparing drawings, calculations, and technical documentation, as well as supporting approval processes with authorities. The role involves overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and power distribution systems, and coordinating with project managers, site teams, and vendors. The engineer will also participate in energy management initiatives, troubleshoot technical issues on-site, and contribute to continuous improvement of design and safety practices.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with practical understanding of electricity principles and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Electrical Design and related software/tools for drawings, schematics, and load calculations.
• Knowledge of Power Systems and Power Distribution, including system protection, sizing, and coordination.
• Experience applying electrical standards, codes, and regulations relevant to contracting and approvals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Prior experience in electrical contracting, project execution, or site supervision is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently on-site.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed within the region.
