Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Hisar. The Electrical Engineer will design, review, and implement electrical systems for transport, energy, and industrial infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, and coordinating with civil, mechanical, and project management teams to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans. The role involves overseeing installation and commissioning activities, conducting inspections and testing, and resolving technical issues on site. The Electrical Engineer will also support documentation, participate in safety and quality audits, and provide input for project planning, cost estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, control systems, and protection schemes
• Experience with electrical design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP or similar), and preparation of drawings and technical documentation
• Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable to infrastructure projects
• Ability to conduct site inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical installations
• Effective collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a project-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline; prior experience in infrastructure or construction projects is an advantage
