About the Guild


Founded in 2022, Ethereal Exploration Guild (The Guild) is building the World’s First Fully Reusable Medium-Lift Launch Vehicle/Rocket, Razor Crest Mk-1(RCM1).


Based in India, the team has a combined flight heritage of over 75 launches from the PSLV and GSLV fleets, and more than 300 years of collective experience in the space industry. The Guild is also developing a 700,000 sq ft facility dedicated to Upper Stage Engine Testing, which is going to be India’s largest privately developed Engine Testing Facility.


The Guild has also built and manufactured India’s First Reusable Rocket Engine.

Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru

Job-Type: On-site, Monday - Saturday


Role Summary: : End-to-end ownership of electrical project execution, installation, testing, commissioning support, and plant performance monitoring for infrastructure, EPC/ECC, and aerospace-related electrical systems.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of electrical works including DC/AC cable laying, MMS installation, module mounting, grounding, and associated equipment installation as per approved drawings and SOPs.
  • Carry out transformer erection, installation, alignment, oil filling, testing coordination, and commissioning support as per approved procedures and safety standards.
  • Prepare daily and weekly work plans aligned with the project baseline schedule and ensure timely execution within defined milestones.
  • Handle site materials and manpower effectively, ensuring optimum utilization and productivity.
  • Execute DC field lightning arrester installation and ensure proper earthing and protection systems.
  • Support shutdown and restoration activities of feeders, inverters, PCS, battery containers, and associated electrical systems.
  • Perform DC string rectification, troubleshooting, and reloading activities to maintain plant performance.
  • Monitor plant performance through SCADA systems and coordinate with powerhouse/control room for output power regulation.
  • Prepare Daily Generation Reports (DGR), weekly progress reports, and site documentation.
  • Verify contractor work completion, prepare monthly contractor reconciliation, and generate JMR/JMS for billing processing.
  • Submit quality checklists and documentation to clients and internal quality teams for billing and compliance purposes.
  • Provide site support to Testing & Commissioning Engineers during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with EDRC/design teams for AC/DC cable routing drawings, MMS propagation, and technical clarifications
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and permit-to-work systems before execution of any activity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to resolve site issues efficiently and avoid miscommunication.
  • Prepare approval notes, work orders, and bills for executed electrical activities.


Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong fundamentals in electrical power systems, AC/DC systems, and industrial electrical installations.
  • Hands-on experience in transformer erection, installation practices, oil handling/filtration, testing coordination, and commissioning support.
  • Hands-on experience in DC cable laying, AC cable routing, grounding systems, lightning protection, and equipment installation.
  • Knowledge of SCADA systems for plant monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, layout drawings, and cable schedules.
  • Experience in contractor management, reconciliation, and billing documentation (JMR/JMS preparation).
  • Familiarity with safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Ability to support testing & commissioning activities including feeder shutdown and restoration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools for documentation and data tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of load calculations, cable sizing, and electrical system protection concepts.


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in EPC/ECC companies, infrastructure projects, solar power plants, or aerospace electrical systems.
  • Experience in plant operations, SCADA monitoring, and generation reporting.
  • Exposure to testing and commissioning of industrial or high-reliability electrical systems.
  • Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including design, quality, planning, and supply chain.
  • Prior involvement in safety-critical or mission-critical electrical installations.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced project environments.
