Role Description Electric Scooter Technicians at Kasthuri Go Green are responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of electric scooters to ensure safe and reliable performance. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, replacing or repairing parts such as batteries, motors, brakes, and wiring, and performing routine servicing and safety checks. Technicians will maintain accurate service records, follow standard operating procedures, and adhere to safety protocols while working in the workshop. The role also involves communicating with supervisors and, when needed, customers about repair status, preventive maintenance, and proper scooter usage. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues in two-wheelers or similar vehicles.
• Familiarity with batteries, wiring, controllers, motors, and other key components of electric scooters.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and workshop safety practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions and standard procedures.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies related to electric mobility.
• Clear and respectful communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with customers when required.
• Ability to work on-site in Madurai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant vocational training, ITI, diploma, or hands-on experience in automobile, electrical, or mechanical fields is preferred.
