Job Description

Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor the organization’s EHS policies and procedures in compliance with legal and company standards
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, etc.)
Investigate incidents, accidents, or near-misses and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Organize safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees
Maintain records of safety audits, inspections, and training activities
Coordinate waste management, hazardous material handling, and pollution control measures
Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
Prepare and submit EHS reports to management and regulatory bodies
Assist in emergency response planning and drills

Key Skills & Competencies

SOP framing and handling, ESG, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 documents (preferred)
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct training and awareness programs
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Industrial Safety, or Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred
