Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Education Program Manager - International to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with our international clients, ensuring their educational needs are met promptly, and providing comprehensive technical and program support. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between STEMpedia and our global partners, delivering exceptional service through virtual sessions and international travel when required. Role and Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Act as the primary contact for international clients across major global regions. Build strong relationships with schools, distributors, and education partners. Understand client needs and provide tailored STEM solutions. Conduct regular check-ins, manage expectations, and ensure timely communication Program Implementation & Support Coordinate global program rollouts and deliver pre/post-sales technical support. Create implementation plans suited to diverse educational systems. Monitor program delivery across time zones and maintain quality. Troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth client operations. Technical Training & Demonstrations Conduct virtual trainings, webinars, and live demos on PictoBlox, AI, Robotics, IoT, etc. Deliver customized training content for international audiences. Travel internationally for onsite workshops and demonstrations. Support curriculum integration and classroom adoption. Program Monitoring & Evaluation Track KPIs, gather feedback, and assess program effectiveness. Identify trends and drive continuous improvement based on client insights. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance programs. Cross-Cultural & Curriculum Adaptation Adapt programs for IB, Cambridge, American, and other curricula. Ensure cultural relevance and work with teams for localization. Stay updated on global education standards. Stakeholder Collaboration Support Business Development with technical expertise. Coordinate with Curriculum, Operations, and Marketing for seamless delivery. Contribute to case studies and success stories. Travel & Time Zone Management Travel internationally (20?30%) for meetings and trainings. Manage flexible hours to work across multiple time zones. Represent STEMpedia at global events and conferences. Skills Required Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in STEM concepts including Robotics, AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Arduino, Electronics, and 3D printing Hands-on experience with PictoBlox (graphical and Python programming) Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions remotely Experience with educational technology platforms and virtual learning tools Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Strong presentation skills with ability to engage diverse international audiences Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across different cultures Active listening skills and ability to understand client needs in cross-cultural contexts Program & Project Management Proven experience managing multiple international clients and projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across different time zones Experience with CRM systems and project management tools Client Service Excellence Customer-centric mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional service Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client concerns Patience and diplomacy in handling challenging situations Ability to build trust and credibility with international stakeholders Adaptability & Flexibility Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours Ability to adapt quickly to different educational systems and cultural contexts Resilience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, IT) or B.Sc. in IT, Electronics, Physics, or equivalent Master's degree in Education, Educational Technology, or STEM field preferred Experience: 3-5 years of experience in international program management, preferably in EdTech or STEM education Proven track record of managing international client relationships Experience in delivering technical training and support to diverse audiences Experience working with international schools or educational institutions preferred Prior international travel experience for business purposes Additional Requirements: Valid passport and ability to travel internationally Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.) Understanding of international education systems (IB, Cambridge, American curriculum) is a plus Experience with cross-cultural training and education delivery Job Type Full-time.
