Position: Education & Industry Outreach Coordinator Location: Baddi University, Himachal Pradesh Job Summary We?re looking for a dynamic and proactive Education & Industry Outreach Coordinator to lead outreach initiatives, build institutional partnerships, and promote Skill College?s academic programs across Himachal Pradesh. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, traveling, and driving impactful collaborations between academia and industry. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutes, and companies for academic and placement collaborations. Onboard partners for joint programs, student placements, and internship opportunities. Plan, organize, and execute seminars, workshops, and awareness drives across assigned territories. Conduct regular outreach visits in key cities including Solan District and neighboring cities. Engage with HR professionals and industry bodies to bring internship and final placement leads. Represent Skill College in a professional and brand-aligned manner at all events and interactions. Promote Skill College degrees, initiatives, and placement programs during outreach activities. Requirements Bachelor?s degree required (Marketing or related field preferred). 1?2 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or institutional relations (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively for outreach visits and events.
