Job Description

We are hiring an Business Development Executive/ Academic Counsellor to promote admissions and guide prospective students through our academic programs. This role involves cold calling and voice-based interaction with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote admissions through cold calling and voice process
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admission details
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Follow up with prospective students
• Maintain basic call and enquiry records

Work Schedule

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Saturday

Requirements

• English is mandatory
• Knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, or Telugu is appreciated
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and voice process
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
