Ecommerce Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketplace Specialist to lead our growth on major e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our product presence, from high-converting listings to high-ROI advertising campaigns. If you have a deep understanding of the Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho ecosystems, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing Management: Create, manage, and optimize high-quality product listings across multiple marketplaces to ensure maximum visibility.
• Advertising & PPC: Execute and monitor marketplace-specific ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads) to drive sales while maintaining optimal ACOS/ROAS.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales metrics and dashboards to identify growth trends and troubleshoot underperforming categories.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop and launch promotional strategies, including lightning deals, seasonal discounts, and festive campaigns.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to produce compelling A+ content, lifestyle images, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
• Operations & Pricing: Oversee pricing strategies, ensure stock accuracy, and coordinate with the fulfillment team for seamless operations.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of marketplace algorithm updates, policy changes, and competitor trends.

Required Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, marketplace advertising dashboards, and seller central portals.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Tools: Prior experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar analytical tools is highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
