About the Role

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecom Operations Executive. This individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless order and warehouse management as we scale our brand to new heights.

Responsibilities

Order Management:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end order fulfilment across platforms
Manage inventory levels across marketplaces and ensure product listings are updated and aligned with stock availability
Resolve order-related customer service issues efficiently
Warehouse Management:
Ensure smooth warehouse operations, including inventory storage, stock replenishment, and regular audits
Implement processes to reduce errors, improve turnaround times, and maintain high standards of product delivery
Strategic Projects:
Support import processes, compliance with all customs and regulatory requirements
Analyse and develop logistics cost optimization strategies to improve profitability
Plan and execute operational strategies to grow the brand on quick commerce platforms

Qualifications

0-3 year of experience in D2C product operations, e-commerce operations, or logistics
Understanding of order process and inventory management systems
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analytics and reporting
A team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment

Required Skills
