E-commerce Manager – Global Markets (Beauty & Personal Care)

Location: Chennai

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our brand’s presence across international marketplaces. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Amazon operations, a strong understanding of global e-commerce ecosystems, and a proven track record of delivering significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations on Amazon (Seller Central or Vendor Central) across US, UAE, and European markets.
• Drive growth and profitability through strategic planning, product listings, pricing, promotions, and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility, optimize logistics, and ensure seamless consumer experience.
• Track and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities and deliver measurable ROI.
• Expand brand presence into new international marketplaces and channels.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5–8 years in e-commerce, with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience on Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central).
• Market Exposure: Must have managed international marketplaces (US, UAE, and Europe).
• Performance: Proven track record of scaling brands by 3x or more on Amazon.
• Industry Background: Prior experience in Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG categories preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and operational acumen with an ownership mindset.

Not Preferred

• Candidates with only agency-side experience without brand ownership.
• Experience limited to domestic Indian marketplaces.
• Inability to demonstrate specific growth or ROI outcomes.
