We formulate and manufacture all our products in-house, in small batches — combining natural ingredients with performance-driven formulations designed for heat, humidity, and everyday use.

At our core, we are natural, handcrafted, and mindful — but we are equally focused on creating products that actually work. We’re building a new-age body care brand for India — across D2C and leading marketplaces.


Role Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to own and scale our online business, with a strong focus on our D2C website, Amazon, marketplaces, and performance-led growth. This role is not just operational — it requires someone who can think strategically, execute fast, and scale categories profitably.


Key Responsibilities

D2C/ Marketplace Growth & Performance

  • Own end-to-end performance of website and marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.)
  • Drive monthly revenue growth and category scaling
  • Work closely with performance marketing to scale ad spends while maintaining ROI targets
  • Identify high-potential SKUs/categories and double down on them
  • Work towards improving contribution margins (CM1/CM2) by optimizing pricing, discounting, ad spends, and SKU mix

Catalog, Listings & Conversion

  • Optimize product listings (titles, keywords, A+ content, images, videos)
  • Improve conversion rates through better PDP content
  • Ensure pricing, offers, and bundling strategies are competitive

Data, Insights & Strategy

  • Track daily/weekly performance across: Sales, ROAS, Conversion, Category contribution
  • Analyze competitor strategies (pricing, keywords, offers, new launches)
  • Use data to drive clear action plans, not just reporting
  • Understand the impact of growth decisions on unit economics and profitability

Inventory & Operations

  • Work with internal teams on: Inventory planning, Stock allocation across FBAs, Avoiding stockouts and overstocking
  • Align inventory and demand planning with sales velocity and profitability goals 

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage external agencies (ads, marketplace partners)
  • Coordinate with internal teams: Marketing, Operations, Production, Ensure fast execution with minimal delays

Growth Initiatives

  • Identify new opportunities: New marketplaces Bundles, Sampling, Pricing experiments
  • Drive category expansion beyond hero SKUs


Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in D2C / marketplace-driven brands
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Strong ownership mindset — not just execution, but problem-solving
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Proven experience in scaling categories, driving revenue growth, and improving conversion metrics
