Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Analyze e-commerce data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behaviour to optimize our strategies. Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track performance on various e-commerce channels, highlighting areas for improvement. Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to measure their impact and identify areas for further improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Skills Required: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets Timeline orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities Has Previously worked on E-commerce platforms About Wellversed Wellversed owns and operates a portfolio of nutrition brands to empower people to attain their most optimal state of wellness.
