Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned SFMC Lead who can drive strategy, architecture, and implementation across Marketing Cloud initiatives. The role involves leading a team, managing complex integrations, and ensuring best-in-class marketing automation practices. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Marketing Cloud implementation and solution architecture Oversee and guide a team of SFMC developers, automation specialists, and campaign managers Architect scalable journeys, automations, data models, and integrations Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Govern platform configuration, best practices, and data usage across the Marketing Cloud ecosystem Review and optimize AMPscript, SQL, APIs, and journey logic Ensure platform hygiene, data privacy compliance, and security standards Troubleshoot complex SFMC issues and provide thought leadership on platform enhancements Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years total experience, out of which 5+ years must be in SFMC Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud?s full suite: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Datorama (optional) Expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API-based integrations Experience managing and mentoring teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills SFMC Architect/Developer certifications preferred About Us: We?re an international team who specialize in building technology products & then helping brands grow with multi-channel demand generation marketing.
